Refund and Exchange Policy

Broken Product

In the case of a broken product refund, customers need to record a video while opening the parcel. Without the parcel opening video customers will not be eligible for the refund.

Wrong Product

In case customers receive the wrong product(product other than that of what they ordered) Elega.pk will send the right product to them and will not charge any additional amount to them. Customers need to send the wrong products to the Elega.pk address by contacting our agents.

Refund Policy

In case of broken products customers will be eligible for a refund but they need to fulfill the broken product clause defined above.

In case of a wrong product received customers will be eligible for a refund.

Do not accept the parcel if 

Do not accept the parcel from the courier company if the parcel is open.
